Co workers are good people

Cons

Very male dominate and driven. Mgrs are unqualified especially in the national sales group. Unrealistic goals and direction given. Large turnover. Sell campaigns in to retailers but never have supply to fill. Barcel reputation is very negative at retailers.

Barcel USA not only avoids diversity & inclusion, but actively works to eliminate it in its tracks. All but one senior/executive leaders are white/hispanic males. People of color (the small number that there are) are not promoted, supported, and are dismissed from the company from an alarmingly high rate. If you do not look like the norm, have the same opinion as the norm, you will be silenced or erased. If you are not a man, or hispanic, you will not feel welcome or embraced here. It's truly disgraceful. The core company belief is "we value the person," but it is only show. This company has continued to show that they indeed do NOT value the person, not really. If you're looking for a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself, this is not it.

They bring in all management from Mexico on a visa want to manage like they are in Mexico. Terrible culture. Don’t waste your time and work here.
