If you are in Sales you may like working here - you will have more freedom and more sway and CEO and VP are ex-Sales so you will get more of their time and support.
Cons
If you are not in Sales you will get ignored, worked to death, and Sales Department needs will always come first. Your ideas and thoughts will not matter. There is no respect for work life balance - expect to work on vacations, personal time off, important family events. There is a lack of professionalism. Upper Management will not tell you the truth - they will tell you what you want to hear to get you to do something and then do the direct opposite if it suits their needs. Bullying is allowed and rampant by Sales to the Support staff in Headquarters and to subordinate Sales Team members - bullying includes name calling, yelling, intimidation, and nasty emails, phone calls, culture. This is not a place where you will be treated in a respectful manner.
