      Having worked for the company for 10 years the progression is unmatched. Great culture lead by amazing people who care Great salary progression and investment in training

      40 hour a week contract is quite long and most industry’s are 37

      Hybrid working, good people mostly.

      Cons

      Over worked, if you're signed off due to an operation they will pressure you to return early. Products are sub par and not even used by their own warehouse. Too many pointless meetings and time consuming tasks. Upper management are toxic.
