Pros

Love the product I was working with. Location was close to home. Learned alot about the intimates product, as I had never worked with that category before.

Cons

The Office appeared very friendly during the intereview but everyone was out for themselves, offered no training just threw me to the wolves. I was constantly talked down to and stressed. Questioned whenever I left my desk or a minute and was expected to work till whenever (which was hard with a newborn at home).

Pros

Location, discounts, parking, good pizza around corner

Cons

Very stressful, merchandising team is very cold and cliquey, and not fashion forward at all, literally none of them have any idea about style. The buyers are snotty and I’m not sure why, they all got hit with the ugly stick. Way too many meetings about nothing. Odd office. The pay sucks too.

Pros

Office is based in Edison, NJ so convenient if you live in Northern NJ or Central NJ

Cons

I was an employee at Bare Necessities for a long time prior to the 2nd acquisition. Delta Galil is horrendous leadership...to be kind. There is no actual leader in the organization. They're only interested in "yes" paper pusher individuals in their organization. It's definitely not a company for anyone interested in growth or anyone that has an entrepreneurial spirit. With that being said, DO NOT join unless you're looking to just collect a paycheck and possibly be close to home.
