      Unprofessional, no direction, and the biggest waste of time!

      Salary Some cool people There really isn't anything else

      No diversity (at least from what I've seen) Stuck in old fashioned ways Bad reputation with old customers of mine It was around the holiday season that I was brought on, so we had off quite a bit. I was let go within 2 months of working at Barentz even though I was told I was meeting expectations so far. 2 months is not enough time for anybody at any company. I was just getting to know my coworkers and customers. I really should've asked around before I went to this company. It was a mistake on my part, but you live and learn.

      Good vacation time, insurance was phenomenal

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of communication amongst leaders, lack of communication amongst departments, different departments are held to much different standards, and makes it difficult and time consuming to work through issues, HR here is abhorrent
