The managers in the dog walking department don’t hire enough walkers to accommodate the amount of walks in a day, so dog walkers are over worked, always asked if they can pick up shifts , and managers are always out walking dogs so there is no support in the office for the walkers. The office conditions are poor and the owners never want to spend money on office needs. Daycare is constantly understaffed and they don’t have enough room for the dogs. I would never bring my dog here for daycare. There is hardly room for growth as a company and the pay is below average. The managers are all buddy buddy with each other so there are no reprocussions for them not doing the work needed. It’s amazing that they have been in business as long as they have.

Way too quick to please the customer. And way too quick to fire. A man complained that i didn't give his dog a full 30 minute walk when it took me 15 minutes to get his overly complicated harness on and he refused to help me . I only HAVE 30 minutes before heading to the next dog. Not 30 minutes to walk. The guy told the manager that i just simply cut the walk short and they just believed him despite my reasoning and fired me
