      great support from managment and the coprorate office

      Cons

      It's expected in this role, but you are really alone on your own little island in many ways. Jumping through the hoops to get vendors verified to workand employees started has proved to be challenging.

      -Good compensation -Good benefits -Career Advancement opportunities -The owners and CEO are incredibly nice people

      Cons

      -HR is very slow especially with on-boarding -Some sites are more demanding than others -Getting time off can be challenging if your site is short staffed
