Pros

Barker Ross Group has a genuinely supportive and friendly atmosphere, with colleagues who are always willing to help and share knowledge. Management is approachable, and there are great opportunities for personal growth if you’re motivated to learn. The company also offers flexibility with hybrid working, which makes it easier to balance work and home life. Training and progression are encouraged, and hard work is recognised and rewarded.

Cons

Like any fast-paced business, workloads can sometimes be high, especially when targets are tight — but it also keeps things interesting and helps you develop quickly. Some processes and structures are still evolving as the company grows, but leadership is receptive to feedback and open to improvement. Communication between departments can occasionally be a challenge, though it’s something the company is actively working on.
