      Pros

      Professional atmosphere, on-site parking, nice administrative legal secretary staff

      Cons

      Egos of attorneys especially the managing partners or older ones. They don't really socialize with the administrative staff which makes it seem like they are "above" them. They get a new CEO just about every year.
