Pros
Very caring and welcoming place. Everybody knows each other by name. CEO and HR are always around and available to anyone who wants to talk or share ideas. Honest and they listen. Not much stress, enjoyable especially since we help people.
Cons
Nothing major, maybe better communication so different departments don't feel like they don't know what's going in other areas, theres stores, medical, pantry and crisis areas we should know about the work being done.
