Excellent Benefits, Nice Location. Strong union.

Cons

Abusive work culture. Senior Management not very competent in how to lead people. Lead with fear and not with inspiration. Total lack of communication. Toxic environment. No respect for work life balance. Dishonesty. No accountability for their bad decisions.

Location Work Environment Culture It's always nice to work in an environment that has greenery

Cons

This is no longer a company one can grow with. Anyone over 40 is being pushed out and replaced by younger, less experienced workers just to save a few bucks and the organization as a whole is suffering. Fraudulent performance reviews are created for the sake of a paper trail to create the false pretense for dismissal. The first sign that something bad was on the horizon was when President Spar made the comment on how she was amazed how many workers at Barnard have been here for so long
