      Good holidays; chaotic management; unrealistic goals; very physical job

      Good holiday amount; some good customers.

      Cons

      Constant huge amount of donations which cannot be refused; working weekends and BH; not knowing rota ahead (only a couple of days ahead); chaotic organisation of all processes by manager; too much new goods - toys; money not spent on essential repair of shop; store associate doing same job as manager but not with same pay. too much relying on volunteers - their quality varies and you have to support those who are not able; long recruitment process for volunteers; unrealistic goals from management and still added new tasks. Very physical job; all day walking.
