Immature/high school environment very cliquish you cant just put your head down and work. I suspect substance abuse for some of the managers Group 1 carries the store. The managers are honestly just trash if you are experienced you will quickly find that out. Since Group1 owns that store the pay is incredible!

Constant threats from manager to decrease pay rate, threats to withhold payment for completed jobs. Changed my scheduled hours, was put on rotating 4 day schedule, that may have you for instance work Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday one week, then 4 days straight another. You could never for instance play a sport on Saturdays, because your rotating schedule may have you work 2 saturdays in a row, then have a few off. They expect you to come in and work on your days off, under threat of paying someone else for your work if you don't come in. refused to pay for training travel expenses. And of course there's everyone's favorite, they cut the paid time for wheel alignments and brakes! Had over 100% turnover in the service advisors over 12 months.
