      Not a good property management company to work for

      Bonus & PTO structure is good

      Cons

      Poor upper management and work/life balance. Bad company culture. Always looking to replace you or your team. Training is poor and concerns aren’t listened to. Pay is ok but could be better. Health insurance isn’t very good.

      Growing company with multiple opportunities for learning. Great community outreach program.

      Not particularly understanding of life obligations or family needs. Tendency to burn out employees and then discard.
