      Pros

      Employee Engagement, a real open door policy, and team work are the best parts of working for Barrday. The mission and values of the company are actually followed and adhered to. Employees can express opinions and make suggestions openly. The employee engagement at Barrday harkens back to the olden days when companies did holiday party's and family picnics. It is a wonderful place to work, the people you work with adhere to our mission and values not only in their work day, but in their personal lives as well. This is why I say we are all cut from the same cloth.

      5 different shifts, its hard to get to know all of your co-workers

      Pros

      Culture promotes innovation. Employees are free to create change and try new things without fear of failure. Highly respectful environment. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills. Great environment for the self motivated. Benefits are good, compensation average or above for this industry.

      Cons

      Casual structure can sometimes lead to lack of clarity on priorities. Standard hours of 8-5 expected at all levels. Flat structure means limited opportunities for advancement.
