-Free training -No experience needed -You can access and see the money you made -If you don't speak english, you can still get a job - Some days are busy and others no -Life inssurance - Bonus for referral and stay in position from 3 to 6 months

Cons

-Overload work for the salary -No competitive salary -Little efforts no recognition -If you miss cash you have to pay -You only have 3 days of vacation every 3 months and no vacations on december
