      Pros

      Great management and knowledgeable colleagues. Lovely location. Give people an opportunity to progress their careers and learn.

      Cons

      One team member is favoured by one of directors so has an inflated sense of importance mixed in with some evident anger/ temper issues. Refuse to work with unprofessional and immature people like that. Apart from that, the place is great! Small team all young women under 30 - feels like school.
