Lack of leadership and consistency, limited development, no accountability and significant lack of follow through. If you’re not one of the good ol’ boys, you won’t be treated well. The worst part is that it’s clear that they know what the right things to do are (mission, core values, EVP), they just don’t do actually do those things. Once you know better, you need to do better.
