      Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere 95% of the time (big decisions can be stressful) Owners are down-to-earth and respectable Good opportunities to stand out Given room to excel and change the way your job is done Almost all of the employees are fun, good people

      Cons

      Classic Arizona philosophy towards wages. In this state you are not "entitled" to a living wage, but rather to only what the market is paying other people like you at that time. It's hard to blame the owners as they have to compete in a market where their competitors also follow this philosophy. Some employees do get paid well but many do not.

      Family oriented, challenging, great schedule and very fair. Management is very engaging and there when you need them.

      Cons

      Cross departmental communication could’ve been improved. I have not been employed there in almost two years so this may have improved.
