Cheaply ran, they tell you what they want, phones as an example, you give them bids and they turn down everyone sighting some stupid reason. "we're trying to save money" well you've been 'saving for years' when are you gonna spend?
Google workspace platform - not because it's better, but it's cheaper
Employees who need things to work, such as Adobe are given a cheaper, inferior product to use instead...and this is on everything.
Let's not use Office, lets use something else, it costs too much
You're a small friggin company with $$$ to spend, get products people can use efficiently, not have to relearn everything
Can't keep an IT team together, they lose a guy of 22yrs, must have been a constant headache for this guy band aiding stuff together instead of just fixing it right cuz that's all the $$ they'll allow.
They fired a guy for missing a meeting...while he was on vacation and didn't know about it, not hearsay, and this is who you'll work for
Honestly, there has to be only 1 reason people stay...tough times now to go lookin for another job.
