My first week in 3 people were let go. They contract an HR person so people are typically only let go on Wednesday, a day which we nicknamed reaping day. Everything was on a whim. "The company has decided to go in a different direction" is their favorite line. They cut you randomly and offer no severance and no notice, it was completely out of nowhere with no indication anything was wrong. Workload is not equal and you will absolutely get in trouble for asking for additional work if your day is light; something I have never experienced at any other job. Benefits are laughable. Really terrible Healthcare, Dental and Vision, the company covers maybe 5% total even if you're salary! Never saw a 401K or any other retirement package even after 6 months, no profit sharing, bonus or stock option. Gossip is RAMPANT! There is definitely a clique. Very negative atmosphere and totally avoidable.

Unless you are one of the "chosen ones" forget about any promotion opportunities. I was told I lied because one of the "chosen or old boys" did not want to admit to not knowing how to do their job. They protected a worker who regularly harassed their employees - management has been aware of it for many years and has not acted. The employee still works there. Lost great talent over the years if you do not fit into their specific little box of who they like. Great talent at all levels.
