"we're trying to save money" well you've been 'saving for years' when are you gonna spend? Google workspace platform - not because it's better, but it's cheaper Employees who need things to work, such as Adobe are given a cheaper, inferior product to use instead...and this is on everything. Let's not use Office, lets use something else, it costs too much You're a small friggin company with $$$ to spend, get products people can use efficiently, not have to relearn everything Can't keep an IT team together, they lose a guy of 22yrs, must have been a constant headache for this guy band aiding stuff together instead of just fixing it right cuz that's all the $$ they'll allow. They fired a guy for missing a meeting...while he was on vacation and didn't know about it, not hearsay, and this is who you'll work for Honestly, there has to be only 1 reason people stay...tough times now to go lookin for another job.
