      Made great friendships, pay was okay.

      Cons

      Everything was going okay until the new CEO came into Barry Plant Ballarat. Office culture changed, very toxic. CEO called a meeting and advised everyone that if they didnt like how he operated, they could f**k off. If the current CEO is still in employment at Barry Plant Ballarat, I would run as fast as you can.
