Bart is out of control and how clients and showrooms cannot see through his act is beyond me. He imports fabric from cheap overseas mills and re sells them as if it’s something he designed. Management is shameful. They thrive on humiliating employees to feel a sense of power and authority. It is a never ending cycle of hiring someone on, abusing them until they leave, and so on and so on. Bozena, his #2, is not to be trusted. She will befriend you and speak horribly of Bart, then secretly tell Bart everything and pretend you were the one saying what she said. A few past employees and I have all spoken and confirmed that this is what she does to ensure she is a permanent fixture there. Manipulative, immature, and threatened by young talent. The two of them together make quite the toxic pair. I have never experienced such a horrible work environment.
