Pros
Its the easiest job you'll ever have, as long as you don't mess up. All the information you need to keep from messing up is there for you to learn. There is no shortage of overtime possibilities. Great people in the agriculture and commodities business. Fantastic benefits.
Cons
You will be thrown into the frying pan with not enough training. Have to commit to learning one job or commit to stressful juggling of multiple tasks. Verify with peers or management if you are unsure or feel unsafe. Cant be afraid to get dirty. 0 job mobility, below average raises

Pros
Good people driving for them. Enjoyed working with the mill employees.
Cons
Very micromanaged. Daily questions about what you’re doing in the cameras that are facing you in the tractors. Very stressful environment around the favoritism. Horrible training procedures. Turnover rate is very high, only a few drivers over 4 years out of 20. Most drivers are gone within a year. Management is sneaky and will let you do what you need too to get done very fast. Toxic environment. Stay away.
