The hours are good, and good aircraft. There is progression if you do well, but not if you just clock hours. Easy work life balance.

For me, there were some real pros: The instructors are lovely, students are great, and I had a lot of fun being of service to those who had the same dreams as me.
Cons
I wish I could have stayed longer. Bummer having a UK passport :(

- excellent culture driven by a values-based, decent CEO - clear aims and company strategy - structured and well-researched approach to training pedagogy - significant investment in upgrading fleet and equipment despite COVID - new SIM coming
Cons
- COVID has stagnated aviation across the globe, meaning instructors haven't been able to move through the industry as expected - BASAIR has retained all instructors and continued to deliver high-class tuition to students throughout the COVID years 2020/2021/2022 without a single redundancy
