Pros

There used to be pros, but they got rid of all the talent

Cons

It is my opinion that if you are looking for an organization that treats their employees like human beings, then Base is not the company for you. It is a company that is owned by two individuals who make decisions based on feelings, and create and tell stories that fit their narrative. It is a place that at face value may look like a great opportunity (pay is decent and its remote work) but will end up being an opportunity that you will likely regret taking. If you want your work and efforts to be noticed, appreciated, and supported, then look elsewhere. The organization has lost more than two thirds of their employees over the past year, where all members of the executive leadership team have left, other than the two owners. This alone is writing on the wall. Trust your instinct. This company is a hotbed of frustration, anger, and disappointment. Save yourself the agony and find an employer that values its employees as more than expendable pawns.
