      Great Experience, sometimes hectic environment

      Pros

      Beautiful area, Staff are generally very lovely and great to work with Managers are very sweet and helpful as well as understanding when new staff make mistakes.

      Cons

      Some employee drama and issues with gossip. Not very standardized training which led to misunderstandings and confusion later.

      Pros

      The job itself can be rewarding. Owners seem like they care. Some of the staff are great to work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      As I read in other reviews on here and other sites some of the managers have major issues with managing 101. I have seen targeting and dishonesty in some of upper site management. If you do come to work at this location be leery of HR . They are not in your corner. Ownership needs to work on the integrity and transparency of its upper site management. Do not go to corporate with issues. You will pay the price with your job.
