management behavior worst, high termination, high work pressure, high employee turnover, managements Dishonesty, does not follow labor law, bureaucracy as govt organization.

Specific workload with exact office hour. Considerate management and friendly environment specially in Headquarters. Steady growth with average/less than average compensation.

Cons

Implementation of policy is very poor. Practice of Corporate culture is very minimum. Compensation and benefits are not up to the mark. No Evaluation of executive/Mid level employees.

Big Brand value. You'll able to say that i am working in top company.

Cons

At first you can't expect your monthly salary at the month end. During Covid time they deducted salary for all employee.Those who suffered in covid, they did not get salary.There is no retirement benefit package.
