You will not get your salary. Still salaries from 2018 are not disbursed yet. They expect you to work 24 hours. The company is for the people who are great in licking boots of owner. The owner just lies about everything. He said dhoni will be the brand ambassador of basicfirst, they are sponsoring KBC and what not. They didn't even pay the tea stall vendor till date. All the old people left the company because the owner is just a mindless bully who just listens and believes in anything. At one point he was saying that we are opening our offices in Dubai Singapore California and crying about the salaries. I didn't get my three months salary even after writing so many times to HR. Some people took the company's laptops when comapny didn't pay. Owner says the company's evaluation id 1500 crores and he wants to give every employee a home and a bullet bike and would cry if someone took extra cup of tea. They didn't even have money to buy tissues for the bathroom. TLDR: DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE A JOB. Becaus in the end you will end up with no salary.
