A lot of responsibilities and exposure to not only transactional work helps one learn many things Great mentorship and leadership Good benefits and flexibility of work Many renowned clients from the Internet Industry Success rate is very high

Its very hard to adjust into new work environment after working for Basil

One will have more responsibility and given more opportunities You’ll be able to do a lot of different things Your work will be recognised (as will your failures) You’ll learn to be frugal One will be instilled with the value of hard work, ownership, and self-sustainability
Cons
Flip side of the coin is only for those who don't want to invest time in learning and working to one's capacity
