      Pros

      Co-Workers are great at Basin Street, you can count on them for support, people are pretty drama free, and people care if they do a good job. The company treats employees well for the most part, pay is decent and benefits are good.

      Needs a little work on cohesiveness and idea sharing.

      Pros

      Management and the leadership team truly care about their employees at Basin Street. Employees are heard when they voice concern or feedback, and management is always willing to help find a solution. There are numerous staff that have been with the company 10+ years, which is positive and encouraging. Processes have evolved over time, as they do with any company, but with patience, teamwork, and willingness to learn something new Basin Street overcomes and comes out even better on the other side.

      There have been staffing challenges, as there are with any company. Definitely personality driven, not the company.
