      It is good if you want to get your hands on excel and word

      They tell you it is a KPO but make you work like a BPO, First of all it is just Data entry job with a little analyses here and there. They dont even clear out your concepts. Once you ask them, the answer is we need to get done by our targets and prepare for the peak so get the facts by yourself through google or research. They also take away your mark sheet which i have seen for the first time. Also there is a probation of year for someone who is just learning. Notice period is 2 months. You arent allowed to use your mobile phones so you are totally disconnected from the outer world just working like a robot.

Basiz Gurukulam (learning portal) gives us enormous learning material and video to complete Accounting & cross functional courses. Management runs with open door policy. Motto of the company "Take ownership of the job, you will be worshiped". Covid19 • Management helped the unemployed driver during covid • Company inquired the health of current & former employee • Gave peaceful rest for the employee who suffered in fever • Never faced salary issue during Covid • Flexible shift & Work From home options

      Good Training for new employees and learn new things about Financial reporting.

      Management Not support to any employee and they hire only for pick season after pick season completed the management presserize to put resignation. Please my friends do not join Basiz fund services Pvt Ltd company.
