      Pros

      I had a lot of agency and felt like my opinions were respected and taken into account. Now that I’m at a new firm, it’s clear how much I learned in my time there and how valuable that knowledge is.

      Cons

      I think the salary was maybe a little low for the role, but honestly, I liked the job so much that it didn’t matter.

      Very kind and friendly team, a fun place to work. Fantastic leadership. Flexible work schedule/ remote options. Talented group. In-house MEP and Interior Design with great collaboration and design.

      Cons

      Typically can only work on one type of project as the office is split out in studios.
