      Pros

      Very kind and friendly team, a fun place to work. Fantastic leadership. Flexible work schedule/ remote options. Talented group. In-house MEP and Interior Design with great collaboration and design.

      Cons

      Typically can only work on one type of project as the office is split out in studios.

      - unique work sometimes - wfh benefits - good health insurance

      Cons

      - bad management - have to bill all hours of the day, no flexibility - revit all day every day
