Politics. C-suite playing new CEO's game detrimental to daily business. Shady management after the acquisition. New investor's strategy focused on making a profit short term by flipping is detrimental to company culture and employees overall. Siloed organization, high need of internal digitalization despite being a cloud company, lots of redundancy and inefficiency as far as processes, systems, tools, etc.
