There are some really committed and capable people working with the company and we deliver some great results. Also there is a very flexible work life balance including working from home.

Cons

Management are rather autocratic, and often set targets without planning or supporting the execution. Then when and if a target is missed staff are blamed. As a result there is a big disconnect between management and staff.
