- Location: in season, high cliental, which can mean good tips on a busy night. - Mediocre Training: Basic training is provided, but don't expect to learn advanced skills or techniques. - Team Meetings with Prizes: Every three months, there's a team meeting where you could win prizes from a raffle.
Cons
- Management Inconsistency: Promises of growth and training opportunities are often not followed through. Unfair Scheduling: Despite high sales and customer praise, shifts are often given to other individuals based politically - Unfair Treatment: Rehired previously fired employees, redistributing good shifts away from servers, whom had been a tenured employees
