      Pros

      It has been almost more than 2 months since I have joined Batch. I really want to appreciate my manager who is very supportive and made sure that I don't face any difficulty in my early days in the organization. The 30,60,90 days plan which is there for new hires is really good and has helped me to get comfortable in the environment.

      Great work culture and flexible timings

      Pros

      I have been working at BatchService for close to a year now. The great work culture of this place, the kind of work you do, the people you work with and the flexible schedules make everyday something to look forward to. With the variety of requirements coming in, you'll never feel that the work is monotonous as you always have something new to learn and improve. Despite being agile, there's plenty of space to explore and experiment and it is encouraged too. The policies and benefits are continuously worked on and improved to better suit the employees.
