      Pros

      Public Employee benefits. Union faculty jobs are paid extremely well. Maybe too well.

      Cons

      President is running the place into the ground by playing favorites and overworking or demoting others in humiliating and public way. Many people had to leave due to unfavorable working expectations. Lack of consistent administrative leadership.

      Administration is a revolving door with little consistency. It's hard having five deans over the course of three years.

      Pros

      Slightly higher pay rates multi-instructor programs are tight and look after one another. Set my own grading not a lot of fuss over curriculum

      Cons

      Moving to adjunct model with fewer tenure full time positions, losing trade school vibe catering to high school. Spending way more time on dealing with high school classroom management than working in shop with adult students on lesson or print of the day
