      Pros

      Profit Sharing, medical and dental insurance. Vacation and sick time.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Terrible morale, beginning with the partners through the lower ranks of staff. Medical insurance-unless you choose the HMO plan, the insurance is very expensive. $5,000 deductible for employee and spouse.

      Pay has been capped many years ago. COLA is minimal and not even negotiable. Too rigid. different rules for different people. Not a good working environment.

      Decent medical and dental, a bit expensive.

      Cons

      Work at home all you want, after you come in for a full day. Crazy amount of write off's, which is why working at home so much is required. Very cliche among groups. Revolving door for Associates.
