Pros

Batesville is an intense manufacturing environment. Great benefits and compensation. Great place to learn new things and to get exposure to lean manufacturing.

Cons

The politics ran deep. Topgrading ruined the management system and allowed a lot of caring and talented employees to depart.

Pros

Clients were great people.

Cons

Just about everything. Unless you work for the headquarters in Indiana they could care less about you. District Manager was condescending and belligerent, had no clue what was going on as he was only concerned with his district close to home and never spent enough time actually involving himself in day to day activities. Company expectations were unrealistic - expect to pay you an hourly rate but only for 40 hours when you actually need to work 50+. On-call was awful. It was like never leaving the job.
