      friendly coworkers, 50% off items and free use of amenities

      Cons

      A lot of people who come to this establishment are entitled and can not take no as an answer. Takes thick skin and a good amount of working in the customer service industry to work here.

      Pros

      It’s a cool company/ product with great benefits such as having plus ones come to the bathhouse and 50% off services. Many of the employees are super nice individuals as well.

      Cons

      It is a large company still trying to run as a small business. They have terrible management and don’t respect a work-life balance. If you don’t work overtime without pay, management will look at you like a slacker. Don’t expect to fully know what’s expected of you. You will not be treated with equal respect by your manager.
