We appreciate hearing from all teammates, current and former. We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience for the short time you were with us, but we would like to address some of your concerns. While the area that led to the HR office was secured, an HR professional is and always was available to readily assist without someone walking into the area. The other locked door is the outside entrance to the building, accessible with a key card by all employees. You are also correct in that we prefer that people don’t walk through the lunchroom as a passthrough because teammates like to enjoy their breaks and meals in a peaceful, casual atmosphere without interruptions. Finally, we often have very positive feedback regarding our benefits with subsidized health plans, 401k retirement with yearly matching funds, annual bonus, and generous PTO. Unfortunately, you were not with us long enough to be able to utilize them. We thank you for your feedback and are always striving to be a company that people enjoy working at every day!
