      Love working with thins company. We've been honored to receive Baton Rouge Best Places to work for 8 years in a row now and for good reason! From the top down every employee treats you like family. They're truly there for you and care about you. No where else I'd rather be.

      Pros

      This company cares about the employees - not just the profits. Additionally, Patient care is one of the most important aspects of each employee, whether a clinician or not. Your opinions matter and are taken seriously by the management committee. The schedule is great! Friday afternoons off are the best!

      Benefits were so-so after the new partnership.
