The team was pleasant to work with and there was a great focus on running a lean operation.
Cons
The policies are like that of a sweatshop. The only thing that the company gives is 10 paid vacation days and 6 sick days - which can be availed of only after spending 1 year at the company. There is no other work perk - no December vacations, no personal days, and no wellness spending account. Basically, there is nothing in favor of an employee's well-being or mental health. If you are looking for a wholesome workplace, this is not it! This is a sweatshop that runs on the ideology of living in the 1950's in a slave town. Run.
