Condescending and arrogant leadership. Very old fashioned and not open to change or innovation. Got the vibe this company was trying to turn out whatever it could in a hurry for a profit while paying employees as little as possible. Lack of guidance and support, space was made for questions but answers provided were always given in a such a way to ensure you felt less-than or inadequate. Guidance and directives were very confusing - would be told one thing, only to later be told another. To put it quite crassly, manager fit the profile of someone who was likely bullied as an adult in the workplace and is now retaliating by grasping for power and treating otherwise bright, intelligent and capable talent poorly. Very strange and unexpected atmosphere for a kids toy company. Overall discouraging, uninviting and unsupportive environment. 10/10 would avoid.

Awful management, directives were very confusing, old mentality of work styles, lack of structure.
