The offices are beautiful and the locations are great. They pay overtime.

Cons

There is an elitist attitude which downplays how hard others work. The CFO has favorite EAs and you can tell. Instead of being approachable, he can be very mean and put you down even if you’re following directions. The pay is 60% of what it should be. Check out other VCs and you’ll see the salary difference.

Lots of autonomy to own assigned web design projects, get to work directly with clients in a design role. Some hated it, I grew a lot as a designer from it

Quick turnarounds, lots of templated work
