Pros
The kids at BGA are really smart, mostly kind, and fun to work with. Most of the teachers in the lower and middle schools are collaborative.
Cons
The administration has turned over five times in the past six years. I have personally witnessed and experienced some of the administrators and principals demonstrating misogynistic and questionable practices, arguing both against publicly celebrating MLK day and also demonstrating demeaning behavior toward teachers. If you're a woman looking for employment, look elsewhere.
