Pay is extremely low for what you get and how you get treated. The company does not value hard working individuals, if your co-workers see you with your head down doing your job they’ll complain to Managers or HR about you “not enjoying the office environment” and “being too introverted”. If you’re of Islamic faith - don’t even come anywhere NEAR this company as they force alcohol and wine down your throat at every event and meeting. Extremely cliquey and discriminative environment especially in sales. Unless you live in double day, drive an Audi, order from the Iconic, have British citizenship and drink wine every afternoon... don’t expect people to treat you with courtesy and respect. I was treated like absolute garbage because of my faith and my personality. This company contradicts their values from their actions as most companies do - they really don’t care about empowering women let alone women of all races in the workplace, they support “R U OK?” However talk badly about you to other managers when you’re sitting alone at your desk working. Bauer Media is an absolute f-fest and would NOT recommend ANYONE working here.
