No work/life balance, no bonuses, no leadership. Managers are stealing - big time! When sonmeone complains to the so called Ethics Committee people who are complaining are being reported to the respective managers and are being harassed and fired. No security, now with the change of the name lay offs are on the horison - AGAIN! Reputation of the company is so bad, doctors don't even want to talk to us anymore.

You will be subject to verbal and emotional abuse (constant criticism, controlling behavior, demeaning/humiliation and gaslighting). You will be expected to perform way more work than you have time for and management will then complain when things are taking too long despite knowing and hiding the fact that they're short staffed. Your competence will be questioned if you don't meet their perfectionist standards. This is by far the worst company i've ever worked at. There's a reason they're featured on the Netflix show Dirty Money, under their old name Valeant.
